1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products that are simply unwanted or purchased by mistake are not eligible for return.
2. Reporting a Problem
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
3. Return Process
Once your claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for safely packaging the product for return. Returns are only accepted for verification purposes and must be in their original condition.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Exchanges
